It's still April, but the theme of World Tourism Day, celebrated on September 27th, is already public knowledge. For this year, UN Tourism has chosen the motto "Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign the Sector".

The idea is to redesign the future of tourism through digital tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In fact, AI has generated debates in various social fields, being seen as an indispensable futuristic tool.

Aiming to create a more innovative, sustainable, and accessible sector, UN Tourism intends to reflect on the continuous evolution of the industry, seeking intelligent solutions to the global challenges of tourism.

According to the organization, the official ceremonies will take place in El Salvador, providing an opportunity to promote and explore that Central American country, known for its beaches on the Pacific Ocean, its popular surfing spots, and its mountainous landscape.

El Salvador is known for the Ruta de Las Flores (Route of Flowers), a winding road that passes through coffee farms, forests with waterfalls, and cities like Juayúa, with its weekend gastronomic festival, and Ataco, home to vibrant murals. The capital, San Salvador, with its spectacular landscape full of volcanoes, boasts several museums and the National Theatre.
