Reaching primary and secondary school students in the city of Quelimane is one of the objectives of the Quelimane Reading Club's (CLQ) June agenda. The program consists of activities such as reading sessions and a recitation workshop.
- Reading session “Nhambaro”, by Hélder Muteia, on Friday, June 12th, at 1:30 PM, at the Goivo Turmalina School Library, Quelimane City.
- Reading session “Who Taught Grandma to Tell Stories”, by Nelson Lineu, on Tuesday, June 16th, at 2:30 PM, at the Centro Atlântico School – Quelimane City.
- Poetry Recitation Workshop “Truth of Myths”, by Hélder Muteia, on Wednesday, June 24th, at 2:00 PM, at the Visionaries School – Quelimane City.
- Reading session “The Return of the Dead”, by Suleiman Cassamo, on Friday, June 30th, at 2:00 PM, at the Amor de Deus Secondary School – Quelimane City.
- CLQ was created in 2021 with the goal of encouraging a love of reading and the widespread circulation of books among readers of all levels. It is a project to promote mass reading.
