Ciro Pereira has resided in Mozambique since 1980 and was a member of the Organizing Committee of the Mozambique Telecommunications Biennials and of the Evaluation Jury for the finalists of the Graphic Arts course at the National School of Visual Arts.

This Wednesday, January 28th, at 5:30 PM, the exhibition “Prata da Casa” (Homegrown Talent) by visual artist and musician Ciro Pereira will open. Pereira's career has been deeply rooted in the Mozambican cultural context since 1980.
The exhibition, part of the program for the Official Visit to Mozambique of the Portuguese Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Ana Isabel Xavier, will be on display at the Portuguese Cultural Center.
Ciro Pereira has resided in Mozambique since 1980 and was a member of the Organizing Committee of the Mozambique Telecommunications Biennials and of the Evaluation Jury for the finalists of the Graphic Arts course at the National School of Visual Arts.
He coordinated the “Travessias” project in Mozambique, a Mozambique-Portugal cultural exchange, and the “Identidades” initiative, an artistic exchange between the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (Portugal) and the National School of Visual Arts of Maputo (ENAV).
