âBe Like a Womanâ is the name of an initiative that aims to support women leaders. Its second edition recently concluded with 57 Mozambican women trained in subjects related to leadership and entrepreneurship.
During the event, organized by EY Mozambique in partnership with the New Faces New Voices network, participants received training in areas such as leadership, finance, ethics, communication and artificial intelligence. They also had mentoring sessions and masterclasses led by international experts.
The initiative showed how strengthening womenâs networks can generate real changes in communities. The next edition is scheduled for 2026 and aims to involve even more participants from across the country.
The founder of Agri Impact, Dirce Vicente, was one of the honorees and highlighted the importance of creating a more inclusive environment for women in the business world.
