A sua segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o encerrou recentemente com 57 mo\u00e7ambicanas capacitadas em mat\u00e9rias ligadas \u00e0 lideran\u00e7a e empreendedorismo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Durante o evento, organizado pela EY Mo\u00e7ambique em parceria com a rede New Faces New Voices, as participantes receberam forma\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1reas como lideran\u00e7a, finan\u00e7as, \u00e9tica, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e intelig\u00eancia artificial. Contaram ainda com sess\u00f5es de mentoria e <em><i>masterclasses<\/i><\/em>\u00a0conduzidas por especialistas internacionais.<\/p>\r\n<p>A iniciativa mostrou como o fortalecimento das redes de mulheres pode gerar mudan\u00e7as reais nas comunidades.
