No entanto, cientistas alertam que esses efeitos s\u00e3o modestos e n\u00e3o substituem uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada e a pr\u00e1tica regular de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><em>O professor Keith Frayn, especialista em metabolismo humano da Universidade de Oxford, destaca que ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 evid\u00eancias cient\u00edficas suficientes para afirmar que a \u00e1gua gaseificada tem um impacto significativo na perda de peso. \"O efeito pode estar mais relacionado \u00e0 sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de saciedade do que a uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o metab\u00f3lica substancial\", explicou.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o consumo excessivo da bebida pode causar desconfortos digestivos, como incha\u00e7o e gases, especialmente em pessoas sens\u00edveis.
