The Xiquitsi Group represents Mozambique at the Feakle 2025 Festival, one of the oldest music and dance events in Ireland.
With its thirty-eighth edition running until August 17th, the Xiquitsi delegation will perform some numbers and discuss itself as a group created in 2013 to positively influence society through music education.
Composed of ten members, the Mozambican delegation is led by Kika Materula, director of Xiquitsi and former Minister of Culture and Tourism. It also has the support of the Irish Embassy.
