The document was signed by the Rector of UEM, Manuel Guilherme J\u00fanior, and the Swedish Ambassador to Mozambique, Andr\u00e9s Jato.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>\u201cOver the next two years, the agreement foresees that the resources made available will contribute to strengthening UEM's institutional capacity to produce knowledge relevant to the development of Mozambique, allowing it to respond to national challenges based on scientific evidence and reinforcing the University's integration into international research networks,\u201d explains UEM in a statement.<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>According to Manuel Guilherme J\u00fanior, the agreement demonstrates the Swedish government's commitment to continue working with UEM.
