The conference's main objective was to gather contributions for the development of the Strategic Plan for Higher Education 2026\u20132035, a guiding document for the sector for the next decade.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nelson Maria Ros\u00e1rio was awarded in the Social Sciences category, and Alex Orlando Ndava in Agriculture.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nelson Maria Ros\u00e1rio, quoted by UEM, considered the recognition an incentive to continue developing research focused on local realities and the socio-economic development of the country.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p>\u201cThis recognition represents not only an appreciation of my individual work, but also a sign that scientific research continues to be an essential instrument for the country's development.
