It's in our cell phones, hospitals, businesses, schools, and even in small everyday decisions. What yesterday seemed distant, reserved for the laboratories of major technological powers, today knocks on the door of developing societies, like Mozambique, bringing opportunities and new challenges.<\/p>\r\n<p>It is in this context that more than a thousand young people, aged between 15 and 20, recently received free training in Artificial Intelligence in Maputo, in a cooperation between Mozambique and India, through the VisionHer 2026 initiative, promoted by Stemmoz.<\/p>\r\n<p>The project reached public and private schools in the city and province of Maputo, bringing technological knowledge to girls who often grew up distant from new technologies. However, they not only became closer to these tools but also had the opportunity to acquire technical skills in computational logic or artificial intelligence, especially as an instrument of personal and collective transformation.<\/p>\r\n<p>They also learned that, despite the fascination it arouses, AI also demands a great deal of responsibility. The more integrated it becomes into daily life, the greater the need to train citizens to be aware, critical, and ethical in its use.
