It's not a rare phenomenon, and it's estimated that three out of four professionals have experienced burnout at some point.<\/p>\r\n<p>The book invites reflection on the challenges of the contemporary lifestyle, marked by the frenzy of hyper-productivity, excessive screen time, and social pressure for material success.
