It is with this in mind that the Mozambique-China Cultural Centre in Maputo hosted the first edition of the International Chinese Language Day.<\/p>\r\n<p>The event aims to pay tribute to the richness of the Chinese language and its role as an instrument of dialogue and cooperation between cultures.<\/p>\r\n<p>The event brought together institutional representatives, students, teachers and members of the Sino-Mozambican cultural community, in an atmosphere marked by exchange, sharing of knowledge and promotion of linguistic diversity.<\/p>\r\n<p>The programme included recitals in Mandarin, musical performances and moments of reflection led by speakers who highlighted the importance of teaching the Chinese language in Mozambique.<\/p>\r\n<p>The celebration is part of the joint efforts to strengthen cultural relations between Mozambique and China, and underlines the importance of multilingualism as a universal value and a driver of understanding between peoples.<\/p>\r\n<p>(Por MozaVibe)<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ReUsOCQdPj4<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Due to the number of speakers and its global influence, Mandarin is one of the world&#8217;s main languages.
