Edmilson Novele, creator of the startup Tivane Game Studio<\/a>, stood out when representing Mozambique in the prestigious global startup competition Get in The Ring, held recently in the Netherlands. After winning the national phase, organized by Djampa Startup Hub in September, Edmilson presented his innovative solution on an international stage that brought together startups from more than 200 cities around the world.<\/p>\r\n

Tivane Game Studio appears as a direct response to the country's educational challenges, especially the difficulties faced by children in rural areas. Based on the philosophy of Human Centered Design, a startup that develops educational tools adapted to local realities, with the aim of transforming education and reducing illiteracy, which affects around 40 percent of the country's population.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n

\u201cOur concern is how to bring education to rural areas. We want to transform lives through solutions that respond to people\u2019s real needs\u201d, said Edmilson Novele.<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n

Novele was part of the Mozambican delegation alongside Is\u00e1lia Cardoso, creator of the Apolineo solution, and Lusineide Mucambe, with the Mod\u00e9stia project, demonstrating the potential of the national entrepreneurial ecosystem. During the competition, each person had the opportunity to present their vision and compete for prizes, while looking for strategic solutions to expand the impact of their initiatives.<\/p>\r\n

In the national phase, held after regional selections in the North, Center and South zones, Edmilson Novele stood out for the clarity of its proposal and its ability to demonstrate how technology can be used to face urgent social challenges. In the Netherlands, he took this same energy to the global stage, reinforcing his startup's commitment to bringing education to communities that are often forgotten.<\/p>\r\n
