\r\nPaula Ferro is the co-creator of Madala. After studying biology in Montpellier and ethnoecology at the Natural History Museum in Paris (France)<\/a>, where he specialized in the study and resolution of conflicts between humans and wild animals, he worked for 3 years in the Pantanal (Brazil)<\/a> before moving to the Reserve Specially from Niassa, where she has lived and worked since 2006. In 2020, she founded \u201cYao Crochet\u201d, an income-generating project in the community of Manhure that allows women to become economically independent through knitting crochet duvets.<\/p>\r\n
\r\nEduardo Quive<\/a> is a writer, journalist, editor and cultural manager. He has dedicated himself to cultural journalism since 2012 and has worked in newspapers, magazines and television. He edits \u201cRadar\u201d, the newsletter for the Maputo Fast Forward festival<\/a>, writes for \u00cdndico magazine and coordinates communications for the Fernando Leite Couto Foundation. He was editorial director of the magazine \u201cLiteratas\u201d and is co-founder of the platform for Mozambican authors and publisher Catalogus. He is the author of the books \u201cMutiladas\u201d, \u201cPara Onde Foi os Vivos\u201d and \u201cL\u00e1grimas da Vida Sorrisos da Morte\u201d and co-author of \u201cBrasil & \u00c1frica \u2013 La\u00e7os Po\u00e9ticos\u201d, two volumes of \u201cContos e Cr\u00f3nicas Para Ler em Casa\u201d and \u201cThe Abyss at Our Feet\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
