The city of Beira has been chosen to host the third Marine Biodiversity Conference, taking place on September 3rd and 4th, under the theme "Science, Art, and Culture for Marine and Coastal Life in Mozambique."
The event, led by the Foundation for Biodiversity Conservation (BIOFUND), promotes multisectoral training in techniques and procedures for the protection, restoration, and conservation of coastal and marine ecosystems, aiming to increase resilience to the impacts of climate change.
