With the theme "Does the Struggle Continue? 50 Years of Independence of Mozambique," the seminar proposes a reflection on the historical, political, and cultural evolution of the country since 1975, analyzing how the ideals of liberation are articulated with current challenges.

Held in 2025 in the city of Bad Kreuznach, the meeting will feature Quive's intervention on contemporary Mozambique from the perspective of artistic and literary creation.

The initiative aims to deepen debates on national identity, post-colonial relations, and cultural transformations in the last five decades.

The program also includes a digital session with filmmakers Camilo de Sousa and Isabel Noronha.

At the same time, Quive will hold a series of readings of his book "Mutiladas" in Bielefeld, Berlin, Cologne, and Frankfurt, reinforcing the connection between literature, memory, and the future.

In 2025, the author co-edited an anthology marking the 50th anniversary of Lusophone independence, consolidating his relevance in the contemporary Mozambican literary landscape.
