Mozambican doctor honored in Washington

The Mozambican pathologist, Dr. Cesaltina Lorenzoni, was recently honored with the Global Health Leader Award in the field of cancer in Washington DC, United States of America.

She also excelled in seeking partnerships and designing AI programs and technologies that improve access and delivery of cancer care, with a focus on low-income countries.
Her work has influenced scientists globally, with a significant impact on Africa and America.
