A brand that makes an impact by innovating with reference to habits, people and commonplaces, but that seeks the singular, the peculiar and the "made in Mozambique" elegance, bordering on globalisation, "irreverence combined with the classic".
It's called Nakuamina, which means "I believe in you", the Mozambican clothing brand, inspired by women, tropicality and the elegance that dwells in the combination of colours and the style of northern Mozambique. The capulana, the artistic paintings make the clothes real works of art on the woman's body.
"Our ambition is not only to become a national reference, but also an international one. We want to get the best of Africa out into the world," says Fábia Solange, whom we interviewed to understand the spirit of the brand.
Nakuamina showed itself last December at the great national fashion showcase that is Mozambique Fashion Week, in the Young Designer category, and the maturity, creativity of the clothes and the vision that accompanies them highlight a discovery that has everything it takes to succeed and elegantly represent the beauty and good taste of Mozambican women.
"We believe we are capable and will be able to work in partnership with various brands and contribute to the African fashion industry," says Nakuamina.
Fábia Solange, who gives her face on behalf of a creative and multidisciplinary team, in some cases, who have had to alternate their passions between professions, to give wings to this project that has plans to generate an impact on its target audience in the short term.
